Sauces & Seasonings

Can I return sauces or seasonings after purchase?
Because our products are food-based and perishable, we unfortunately cannot accept returns once they’ve been shipped.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
No worries — we’ll make it right! Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. You can choose from:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A refund to your original payment method

What if I change my mind after ordering?
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase as long as it hasn’t already shipped. You will be refunded the product amount but not the shipping costs.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the taste or the product is too spicy/mild?
Taste is subjective, so we don’t refund based on flavour preference. However, if something seems wrong or mislabelled, please contact us and we’ll investigate.

What about allergies?
All ingredients are clearly listed on our labels and website. Please check before purchasing, as we are unable to refund products due to allergy-related issues unless mislabelled.


Merchandise

Can I return or exchange merchandise?
Yes! You can return or exchange non-food items (like apparel, accessories, etc.) within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

  • The item is unused and unworn
  • Original tags and packaging are intact

Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is being returned due to a change of mind or sizing issue, you cover the return shipping. If we made a mistake (wrong or damaged item), we cover it.

How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

What if the merchandise arrives damaged or with a printing error?
Send us photos within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
